A One-on-One, One-Time Workshop

An intensive one-on-one, one-time workshop. Including simulations and exercises of different interviews in front of a camera. The training is individual. The exercise subjects and press scenarios are individually tailored for each customer.

For every manager who is occasionally interviewed in the press, and wishes to improve his ability to deliver his message onscreen.

“Knowing how to Perform”

 

A series of personal training sessions.

A series of 3-5 personal sessions for managers:

Including forming a personal media profile: analysis and feedback on all the client’s previous media appearances using 60 quantitative measures (rhetoric, body language, first impression, messages, and more). Drawing conclusions and locating the points which the interviewee needs to improve, and focusing on these points.

The exercises in the sessions are carried out according to the personal profile, and include both radio and newspaper, standing in front of an audience, and both interviews in the studio and in the field.

Recommended for executive managers and public personalities with vast media coverage who wish to significantly improve and enhance their performance skills for media and public speaking.

TIW

 

Television Interview Workshop

 

(Group workshop)

A one-day group workshop: Basic and concise theoretical and practical training for television interviews.

Simulations in front of a camera and feedback for each participant.

Intended for a small group (up to 7 participants) of company executives who may be required to appear in the media.

A second TIW is recommended six months later.

“Making Headlines and Getting into the Media”

 

Story Identification Workshop

Do you get enough media coverage? How can you be invited for interviews again and again? How can you get more positive coverage? Are employees going to their spokesperson with news items?

This is the workshop which will guide and lead your organization to identify and create positive headlines. Including training and practical exercise in filling newspapers with headlines about your organization. Participants find “items” in their work which will interest journalists.

Intended for groups of company officials who are exposed to professional practice, but not “media exposure”. We tell them: “You have the headlines”, and write tomorrow’s newspaper with them including publications they have initiated.

The session greatly empowers the company spokesperson, and leads to a string of positive press publications.

A professional team for foreign media can be added for 2,500 NIS

All sessions are accompanied by a professional film and direction crew. We bring the set and necessary film equipment. At the end of each workshop, the customer receives our unique guidance book for future use: “A Set of Rules and Tools for Press Interviews”.

The CEO of “Lada’at Lehofia”, journalist Kave Shafran, hosts weekly programs on Body Language, on the Knesset Channel and on Israeli Channel 1. He is the founder and commanding officer (reserves) of the Military School of Communications for the IDF Spokesperson. He is the presenter of “Kave Letov” on the Galei Tzahal Army Radio station, and a press coach for the Israeli Police force. He is formerly the political correspondent for Galei Tzahal, and presenter of the morning show on local radio. “Lada’at Lehofia” is behind the scenes of Israel’s business and government leaders.
